THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics: your name, address, phone number, email address. 
  • Your toys’ life stories, if you would like to share them with us.
  • Your sketches/drawings/pictures/photos.

Please note we do NOT have access to, nor store your credit/debit card details as all credit card transactions are processed via PayPal – the multinational financial technology company operating an online payment system in the majority of countries, supporting online money transfers and serving as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as cheques and money orders.

We may use Customer Data, User Data, Technical Data and Marketing Data to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you (including Facebook adverts or other display advertisements) and to measure/understand the effectiveness of our advertising. Our lawful grounds for processing this data is legitimate interest. We may also use such data to send other marketing communications to you. Our lawful grounds for processing this data is either consent or legitimate interest. 

HOW WE GET PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHY WE HAVE IT

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You would like to order a bespoke toy or other exclusive product.
  • You would like to order a corporate toy or mascot.
  • You would like to repair your toy.
  • You would like to make a purchase in our online store.

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Analyse customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide you with the information that you have requested e.g. a cost estimate, newsletter, etc.
  • Process your orders and deliver them.

They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they must keep it confidential. We keep your data for 1 year.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
