Delivery and Return FAQs

Our parcels are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Evri (Hermes) or UPS.

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after. Any orders placed after 10pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will not be dispatched until Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.

We are unable to deliver goods to any address other than the one specified on the order.

Large or bulky items can take a bit more time and the charges may vary depending on the item. If your order contains a large or bulky item, you will be notified of the charge and the shipping time frame by email.

You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email once your parcel is on its way. If there is a delay you will hear from us. You can also follow the progress of your order and access your delivery tracking link from your confirmation email.

If you have not received any emails from us please get in touch, ideally by phone, as there may have been an error.

If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of collection or from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unused and with all original components.
  • In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable).
  • In a resalable condition.
  • With its proof of purchase.
  • With any free items that came with the product.

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account; with PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days. Please note, a refund is possible only after the item has been returned and we’ve completed our professional check-up.

If you need to return a faulty item within the first 30 days, we will offer you an exchange, replacement, or a refund.

After this time, and as long as the product is still within its warranty period, we will arrange a repair using one of our specialist repair agents, or if this is not possible, exchange or replace your item.

Your toys that we have restored can't be refunded.

If you're returning an item you bought, it must be unused and in its original sealed packaging. If the item or packaging has been handled excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you. We will ask for proof of purchase to check the item was supplied by us.

Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.

If you return the item, it will be inspected prior to being refunded. Please note that if the item has been inspected and is not returned as described, we reserve the right to reject the refund or offer a partial refund depending on the condition of the item returned.

Any of the following:

  • Confirmation email
  • E-receipt
  • Your order number

If you can’t find one of the above, don’t worry. We should be able to sort everything out if you have:

  • Your card / bank statement
  • The email address used to buy your item

It may take up to 5 working days for your bank to process it into your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.

If you return your item(s) by home collection or post, please allow up to two weeks for postage time – as soon as we have it we'll start the refund. It may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account (depending on your bank).

We're not able to track the progress of the refund once it's been put through, but don't worry, you'll receive confirmation when it's processed.

Don't forget, all returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
